Explore HostSSD's Service Agreement to understand account usage, billing, and hosting policies. Learn how our services, including SSD Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting, ensure secure, compliant, and optimized hosting worldwide.

Service Agreement Overview

HostSSD Internet Services (CNPJ: 17.752.095/0001-00) provides reliable server hosting and data center solutions globally. Clients must review and accept this agreement to use any hosting plan, including SSD Turbo Hosting or Reseller Hosting.

1. Account Activation & Registration

Accounts are activated after payment confirmation. Use a valid email outside our hosted domains for official communication. Incorrect data may result in termination.

Clients can migrate cPanel-based accounts if full backup is provided. DNS adjustments after migration are the client's responsibility.

2. Content Policy

All services must be used legally. Prohibited content includes:

  • IRC bots
  • Web proxy scripts
  • Unlicensed software
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Malware distribution or storage

Clients must ensure scripts, passwords, and file permissions follow best security practices.

3. Anti-Spam Policy

HostSSD enforces strict anti-spam measures. Accounts linked to spam may be suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Billing & Payments

All plans are billed in advance. Auto-renewal occurs unless cancellation is submitted 8 days prior. Late payments may result in suspension or account removal. Clients must maintain their backups.

5. Resource Usage

Shared hosting users must not:

  • Use over 25% of CPU for extended periods
  • Run background daemons or standalone processes
  • Operate crawlers, indexing bots, or IRC clients
  • Use BitTorrent or P2P file sharing
  • Host game servers or phishing content
  • Store executable files with viruses or harmful code
  • Schedule cron jobs under 15 minutes
  • Deploy applications unsuitable for shared hosting

6. Uptime Commitment

Shared or reseller hosting accounts aim for 99.5% uptime. Service credits may apply for downtime outside this target, excluding DDoS or connectivity failures.

  • 99.5%-99.0%: 5% credit
  • 98.9%-95.0%: 10% credit
  • 94.9%-90.0%: 15% credit
  • Below 89.9%: 20% credit

7. Reseller & Shared Account Responsibilities

Resellers support end users; HostSSD may suspend accounts violating terms. Shared hosting cannot be resold, and backups are the client's responsibility.

8. Indemnification & Liability

Clients agree to hold HostSSD harmless for misuse of services or damages to third parties. Services are provided without explicit or implied warranties.

9. Third-Party Applications

HostSSD does not provide support for third-party software, regardless of platform or language.
